To make science more tangible, our team joined this year’s Tag der Neugier at Forschungszentrum Jülich.
On Sunday, 7th of September, visitors could test their knowledge about legumes in a fun quiz, taste lupins, and learn more about BioSC projects focusing on market research in the bioeconomy.
These projects explore for example how the cultivation of high-value plants such as lupins can be promoted, or how bio-based resources such as lignin that can contribute to a sustainable bioeconomy, are accepted by consumers.
