Prof. Dr. David Wuepper
Full Professor (W3) and head of the Land Economics group
Introduction
I study agricultural sustainability issues and solutions from various angles: From local to global, through a policy and a behavioral lense, and considering how to combine economic theory with new data and statistical methods. Often, I collaborate with researchers from other disciplines, as most of my research crosses disciplinary boundaries. I am also in frequent exchange with policy makers and organizations such as United Nations and World Bank as I aim to contribute to evidence based policy making.
I am currently building up the Land Economics group and we have multiple vacancies for Student Assistants, PhD, and Postdocs. Please have a look at the Land Economics website.
