Registration

Registration fee:

• 525€ (Early bird rate: 20.05. – 13.07.)
• 600€ (Late rate tarif: 14.07. – 10.08.)

Fee includes: 

• Admission to all presentations, keynote talks, the anniversary session and pre-congress workshops
• All refreshment breaks and lunch on 3 days
• The social program (including welcome reception and gala dinner)
• Public transport ticket (available at the registration desk upon arrival)

• ConfTool guides you through the registration process
• You need to enter your EAAE membership number to continue registration 
• The registration process includes optional registration for pre-congress workshops and the social program
• When registering for the social program, please select only those activities you genuinely intend to attend. This helps us reduce food waste and ensures limited spots are reserved for those who plan to participate.

Payment:

Please note that credit card payment is the preferred method, as it ensures immediate processing of your registration.

The EAAE offers 10 and the GEWISOLA with the support of the Rentenbank offers 5 stipends to support conference participation by young researchers from the list of eligible countries found below. Applicants who hold their PhD for longer than five years are not considered young researchers. Each stipend consists of a lump sum of 1.000€ to cover the conference fee and part of travel and accommodation costs.
