Registration process

  • Registration for the conference is possible as of May 20
  • The number of participants is limited to 1000 people - so be sure to get your ticket early!
  • otherwise registration will be possible until:
    • for Presenting Authors: 20 June
    • 10 August (if the participation limit has not been reached)
  • The registration fee is:
    • 525€ (Early Bird rate)
    • 600€ (Late Rate tarif)
  • Registration is only possible if you are a member of the EAAE (more information about the EAAE membership)

Stipends for young researchers

The EAAE offers 10 and the GEWISOLA with the support of the Rentenbank offers 5 stipends to support conference participation by young researchers from the list of eligible countries found below. Applicants who hold their PhD for longer than five years are not considered young researchers. Each stipend consists of a lump sum of 1.000€ to cover the conference fee and part of travel and accommodation costs.

  • Proof of PhD degree (obtained within the last five years) / enrollement in a PhD program / PhD candidacy
  • Confirmation of an approved contribution to the EAAE 2025 Congress
  • Proof of a professional affiliation/employment at an institution in an eligible country
