The Scroll of Change: A creative translation of the Northern Territory policy "Healthy food and drink options for staff, volunteers and visitors, in NT Health facilities ". This is the output created by the students of the course of Food Health and Policy, from Bonn University. The students had analysed the policy and tried to understand how it would change the life of the case study that was given to them. In this case, the students looked at Sarha Crispinsecurity. The majority of Sarah´s days is spent at the hospital, where the foodscape is primarily characterised by vending machines with soft drinks and cafés. Sarah currently has limited possibilities of buying nutritious and cheap meals as no canteen exists in the hospital. She still relies on the food options in the hospital, as she doesn’t have much time to prepare food in her free time.
